‘Team Style’ ditched the laptops, threw down their notebooks and headed to Tackt-Isle Adventures in St.Helens for an empowering day on the water.
As well as it being a ‘nice day out of the office’ the planned team-building activities enabled us to boost motivation, productivity and communication. Here’s our day…
A morning on the water…
Mega SUP & Kayaking
These Mega SUPs are truly mega! 10+ people can pile on and attempt to paddle along the coast and complete the challenges set by the SUPer instructors.
Whether you’re a regular on the water or total beginner, kayaking challenges and team games were a perfect activity to complete our morning.
A seafood BBQ lunch…
We headed to J&B Fisheries for some fresh local seafood and used the Tackt-Isle BBQ to cook-up a seafood feast!
The Duver Challenge
An afternoon navigating the duver, (a 1km old golf course,) to find the clues, complete the challenges, and earn team points.
